Battery quality control

Decide the life cycle of a product, in addition to the price, the main thing is the quality of the product, a good quality product, it will always be received by consumers like. Today, I would like to share the importance of the built-in battery of the product battery for the product.
Battery is a core component of the product, many manufacturers in order to save costs, often use recycled batteries of poor quality, and these recycled batteries often bring failure to the product or even lead to safety accidents.

Our electric spin scrubber, electric mops and other products use A-grade brand-new batteries, and we also test the batteries through professional battery testing equipment to ensure that every electric cleaning brush we produce is qualified,  so that users can use the electric spin scrubber to clean floors, bathrooms, bathtubs and bring stability when used.

Let me introduce the battery testing process in our factory:

I: Detection standard content

1.1Detection standard: When the battery material reach to warehouse, IQC needs to be responsible for the implementation of the determination of quality conditions. According to the national standard (GB/T 2828.1-2012 document) sampling method, draw the corresponding quantity. According to the standard of the specification, use the corresponding tools or equipment to test the battery against.

1.2 Detection content: including size, weight, capacity, internal resistance, voltage and whether charging and discharging are normal.

1.3 Testing tools: including calipers, electronic scales, multimeters, battery internal resistance tester, charge/discharge tester and so on.

II. The way to deal with the inspection results:

1. Acceptance: After IQC verification, the number of non-conforming products in line with the AQL value of the acceptance of water guidelines to determine acceptance, IQC stamp “IQC PASS Chapter” on the material label of qualified materials, and notify the warehouse to receive goods into the warehouse.

2. Rejection: The number of non-conforming products exceeds the allowable acceptance guideline, and the IQC will issue the “IQC Unqualified Abnormal Label”.

3. Stick on the unqualified materials, and unqualified materials moved to the unqualified area. 

4.Laboratory sampling also adopts the national standard sampling method, according to the product specification, the performance of the battery test. Tests include battery discharge rate, cycle life, overcharge and overdischarge test, short circuit test and so on. All the batteries sampled, the laboratory compared with the incoming material testing data, the same comprehensive testing of the battery to ensure the quality of the battery.

5. Before shipment, the quality inspection department will test the battery quality again, focusing on whether the charging current of the battery is qualified, whether the over-voltage protection voltage and the low-voltage protection voltage are correct or not, to strictly guarantee the quality and safety of the battery.
